Tyler Stephens

Tyler Stephens is the founder and principal of Sightline Advocacy, a full-service public affairs and government relations firm. With two decades of experience in national security, policy, and politics, he brings strategic insight into how government decisions are made—and how to shape them. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and coalitions on legislative strategy, regulatory risk, and executive engagement.

Previously, Tyler served as a Senior Policy Advisor on the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and worked for Senators Saxby Chambliss and Johnny Isakson. He holds a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Georgia.

Sarah Moxley

Sarah Moxley is a principal at Sightline Advocacy, where she advises clients on public policy, government relations, and strategic positioning. Sarah brings more than two decades of Capitol Hill experience, most recently serving as Staff Director for a key House Armed Services Committee subcommittee focused on defense technology and innovation. In that role, she led bipartisan, cross-committee and interagency negotiations with Congress, the Department of Defense, and industry to shape major defense policy and authorization legislation.

She is recognized for translating complex concepts into clear legislative and regulatory strategies and helping stakeholders move from proposal to execution. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles on the House Homeland Security and Oversight committees and spent a decade supporting members of the Texas delegation on the House Energy and Commerce Committee on technology and telecommunications matters. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
